Experimental studies were conducted in laboratory conditions and on real objects. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions was investigated during experiments with an image database containing photos of paintings by world, European, and Ukrainian artists. Algorithm configuration parameters were found that ensure high accuracy of classification and identification Proposes an integrated approach to processing high spatial resolution images based on the use of artificial intelligence and classical image processing algorithms. The use of the approach allows you to automate the process of semantic segmentation and analysis of multi-channel data of high spatial resolution, improve the quality of further recognition and monitoring of objects on the earth's surface. A convolutional network architecture has been developed for the tasks of semantic segmentation of satellite images of high spatial resolution, a methodology for preparing a set of input data and step-by-step implementation of cascades of network layers, an algorithm for its training have been proposed, and the choice of a training sample has been justified.
