Improved diagnostic approaches have been developed for comorbid conditions, including the following: arterial hypertension combined with osteoarthritis; rheumatoid arthritis with chronic coronary syndrome; ischemic heart disease paired with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); and asthma-COPD overlap syndrome accompanied by type 2 diabetes mellitus. These improvements are based on a comprehensive analysis and assessment of changes in clinical-hemodynamic, metabolic, and biochemical characteristics. Additionally, treatment technologies have been optimized for patients with chronic dermatoses, including allergic dermatoses, psoriasis, lichen planus, and rosacea. The optimization considers the clinical manifestations of these skin conditions, the status of the hepatobiliary system, and the intestinal microbiota. The comprehensive therapy includes the use of angioprotective, hepatoprotective, and enzymatic agents, along with a multiprobiotic.
