These methods involve the use of antioxidants, cytoprotectors, negative redox potential, and molecular hydrogen under conditions of systemic and renal classical and dysregulation pathological processes. New data have been obtained regarding the pathogenesis of the effects of a solution with a negative redox potential saturated with molecular hydrogen on functional and biochemical processes in the kidneys under conditions of moderate acute hemic hypoxia. This includes insights into impaired oxidation and phosphorylation, the no-reflow syndrome at the early polyuric stage of mercuric nephropathy under a hyponatremic diet, and irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and diarrhea.
