The prognostic value of lowering the skin temperature of the sole of the foot in patients with diabetes mellitus as a risk factor for the development of purulent-necrotic complications was established. When studying the spectral dependence of the optical density of the venous blood plasma on the measurement wavelength, it was found that at a wavelength of λ=280 nm, the maximum value of the optical density occurs in children with peritonitis, which corresponds to the beginning of the formation of adhesions in the abdominal cavity. This makes it possible to predict the development of the adhesion process in the abdominal cavity. It was established that the course of chronic maxillary sinusitis with type 1 diabetes mellitus is accompanied by dysbiosis, which justifies the need to assess the state of impaired microbiocenosis of mucous membranes in patients with this pathology.
