The study aims to establish the specific features of qualification of criminal offences related to collaborative activity, and on this basis, to offer practical recommendations on the application of criminal legislation of Ukraine in the criminal law qualification of the relevant category of offences. To achieve this aim, the research defines the general principles of establishing criminal liability for collaborative activity, describes the features of qualification of collaborative activity under the Criminal Code of Ukraine, distinguishes between collaborative activity and related criminal offences and behaviour which does not entail criminal liability, and analyses the punishment and its imposition for collaborative activity. The results of the study are to contribute to the avoidance of typical investigative mistakes in the process of qualification of criminal offences under Art. 111-1 and other articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; to provide a correct distinction between this criminal offence and lawful behaviour, insignificant acts, other criminal offences, etc.
