As a result of the first (intermediate) stage of the project, biopsy material and peripheral blood were collected from patients with mine-blast wounds after injection of PMSC preparations and under standard treatment conditions. mRNA was isolated from biopsy material and blood cell samples for transcriptome analysis. Mononuclear cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with mine-blast wounds and changes in immunophenotype were determined after their co-cultivation with PMSCs in vitro. The obtained mRNA samples will be used in the next stage to determine changes in gene expression on the surface of the mine-blast wound after injection of PMSC preparations.
