It was found, the protein content in the white meat of broiler chickens fad with the developed nutraceutical was higher by 2.98%, and in the red meat - by 3.81% compared to the muscle tissue of chickens that consumed conventional feed. The use of the nutraceutical contributes to a significant reduction in the fat content in the poultry muscles. The energy value of the red muscles of poultry fed with additives is 108.8-114.43 kcal and 100.89-102.96 kcal of white muscles. The nutraceutical causes an increase in the biological value of muscles increasing by 11.75-24.2% the content of essential amino acids compared to the control group of chickens, promotes the accumulation of organic forms of Fe in muscles by 11.1 μg/kg (white meat) and 10.1 μg/kg (red meat) more compared to the same indicators of the control group. In the muscles of poultry fed with Nano-Fe+TM supplement, the content of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Br, Ca, P increases, however, it is important that the Fe concentration does not exceed the standard threshold. Also, regularities of an increase in the globulins level in the serum of experimental poultry have been established, which should be regarded as an increase in the protective function of the body due to the activation of their synthesis in the immune blood cells in response to the action of Fe nanoparticles.
