The introduction of martial law did not significantly affect the organization of inpatient and outpatient specialized care for patients with PAH and CTEPH. Hemodynamic thresholds associated with an unfavorable prognosis were determined and it was substantiated that the use of additional catheterization indicators, namely the ratio of the right ventricular stroke work index/left ventricular stroke work index <0.55 and the ratio of the right ventricular pumping coefficient/left ventricular pumping coefficient <0.35, allow for more accurate risk stratification of patients with idiopathic PAH. The most informative echocardiographic parameters that were significantly correlated with prognostic hemodynamic parameters determined during right heart catheterization were TAPSE, longitudinal strain of the right ventricular free wall, the ratio of TAPSE/calculated systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery, and the ratio of longitudinal strain of the right ventricular free wall/systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery. For the first time in Ukraine, the incidence of COVID-19 in patients with pulmonary hypertension was studied and its impact on mortality was assessed. The most informative hemodynamic parameters obtained during right heart catheterization and echocardiographic parameters for prognosis were identified. The need for a comprehensive assessment of the condition of both the right and left ventricles was shown. Based on correlation analysis, echocardiographic parameters were determined that demonstrate a high degree of correlation with the main prognostically significant hemodynamic parameters obtained during right heart catheterization and that can be used for dynamic monitoring of patients with idiopathic PAH. The impact of martial law on of care in PAH patients. Product Description popup.authors Botsiuk Yurii A. Kushnir Svitlana M. Радченко Ганна Дмитрівна Rekovets Oksana L.
