The water management balance of the water management section M5.1.4.45 of the city of Horyn from the source to the border of the Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions was constructed and forecasted for the current state and for the next 30 years; the information necessary for the construction and forecasting of the balance of the studied water management section was collected and systematized; an exploratory analysis of the initial data was carried out; the water management balance of the studied water management section was constructed; recommendations were proposed for the water supply of the branch of the Khmelnytskyi NPP for low-water years of 75% and 95% availability, taking into account the commissioning of six power units.
