The study demonstrates how digital technologies can help rebuild economies and ensure security after war. Digital transformations positively impact rebuilding economies and ensure various aspects of security, including physical, psychological, economic and cybersecurity. Using a macroeconomic model, the researchers determined that increasing production efficiency and labor productivity through modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence, contributes to rising incomes and improving the quality of life. Artificial intelligence and big data can help create more accurate and effective policies in education, health and social security, reducing inequality and increasing social justice. The developed assessment methods have shown that artificial intelligence is essential for developing ecological-economic systems and civil security. It automates data collection and processing, detects complex patterns, predicts risks and provides recommendations for governments, businesses and civil society organizations. An assessment of the impact of digital transformation on civil protection and post-conflict reconstruction has shown that these technologies help make more accurate management decisions, assess the effectiveness of security measures and the state of economic stability, and support technological and information systems.
