The implementation of the development is due to the need to develop national standards that are identical to the corresponding harmonized European standards, with the aim of implementing the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Provision of Construction Products on the Market", which implements EU Regulation 305/2011, and preparing Ukraine for signing the AСAA Agreement (in terms of construction products), which is stipulated by the Ukraine-EU Agreement.

At the second stage of development, the second drafts of 3 national standards for ventilation of buildings and heating systems (with an identical degree of compliance with European standards) (hereinafter – 3 ND) and explanatory notes to them were developed by translation method. The second drafts of 3 ND and the explanatory notes to them were approved by the responsible technical committee for standardization as the final revisions of the drafts of 3 ND. An information and analytical report on the implementation of the development was prepared and considered at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Infrastructure. The files of the drafts of 3 ND were formed and sent to the national standardization body for technical verification in accordance with the established procedure.
