Practical and applied principles for coordinating the effective interaction of social and institutional systems in the field of youth employment, taking into account the challenges of the war in Ukraine, which is related to national security, were substantiated. Analytical materials were developed on the current state and problems of socio-economic involvement; proposals for creating conditions for acceptable professional self-determination and self-employment; recommendations for improving policy in the field of promoting youth entrepreneurship and self-employment, other forms of socio-economic involvement; Information material has been created to supplement academic disciplines of the socio-humanitarian direction in the areas of youth policy and the social aspect of the "sociology of war".
