The purpose of project consists in research of problems and vital calls of young man in the process of including by it in labour activity in relation to possibility of optimum choice of profession and quarry development, stimulation of enterprise and employment, among young people for the increase of efficiency of realization of youth policy in this sphere.

The following issues were investigated: the problems of the vital potential of youth, the manifestation of its agency in the system of socio-economic and professional involvement; the peculiarities of the dialectical interaction of opportunities, requirements, interests and expediencies of employers, the state and youth in their professional self-realization; social and institutional conditions for its possible support and activation in confronting the challenges of war. Practical and applied principles for coordinating the effective interaction of social and institutional systems in the field of youth employment, taking into account the challenges of the war in Ukraine, which is related to national security, were substantiated. Analytical materials were developed on the current state and problems of socio-economic involvement; proposals for creating conditions for acceptable professional self-determination and self-employment; recommendations for improving policy in the field of promoting youth entrepreneurship and self-employment, other forms of socio-economic involvement; Information material has been created to supplement academic disciplines of the socio-humanitarian direction in the areas of youth policy and the social aspect of the "sociology of war".
