The essence of competitive entrepreneurship as a system of actions aimed at the formation of competitive advantages in the conditions of constant changes in the market environment is theoretically substantiated. It has been proven that the integration of the concept of sustainable development, which is based on a combination of economic, environmental and social aspects, is a necessary condition for ensuring the long-term competitiveness of business structures. A methodology for choosing strategies for managing the competitiveness of business structures based on a decision tree is proposed.This approach involves a rational allocation of resources between alternative management strategies, which allows to reduce the impact of the uncertainty of the external environment. The two-level management decision-making system, which is based on the formation of effective risk assessment algorithms, has been improved. Methods of modeling financial strategies have been developed, taking into account the impact of fiscal policy on economic growth. Methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises in agrarian clusters and innovative development of the construction industry are proposed. A model for the development of innovation management systems in e-business has been developed, which includes the identification of key parameters and the construction of algorithms for the interaction of the components of this model. The values of the circular economy as a basis for the sustainable development of business structures are substantiated. It has been proven that the implementation of circular economy practices allows to minimize costs, reduce the amount of waste and create an integrated system of resource management, which contributes to increasing competitiveness. An innovative model of business process management has been developed using a reflective approach, which includes systematic process analysis, monitoring and self-assessment.
