 The object of research is the system of postgraduate pedagogical education of primary school physical education teachers. The subject of the study is pedagogical conditions for the application of innovative teaching technologies in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education of primary school physical education teachers. Purpose: to scientifically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the use of innovative teaching technologies in the training of teachers of the New Ukrainian School (hereinafter - NUS) and to introduce them into the educational process. Research methods. Theoretical - analysis of the use of innovative teaching technologies in the training of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. Empirical - diagnostic (pedagogical observation, conversation, testing, questionnaires, interviews, recording, problem-solving, content analysis, diagnostic tests, scaling, self-assessment, expert evaluation. Adaptation of teachers to the tasks of competence-based education is of utmost importance.
