The following results were obtained during the research:
- a review of scientific approaches to the essence, content and types of international aid to the defense forces and related concepts was carried out;
– the state of normative regulation of the definition of concepts in the field of international aid was analyzed;
– the organizational and legal features of the provision of defense forces within the framework of international aid according to separate programs, forms, and methods are highlighted;
– features of the implementation of control measures and checks by international partners as part of control over the use of the provided international aid are described;
– the process of functioning of international aid for the defense forces of Ukraine is schematically displayed;
– the historical features of the implementation of international aid in the military sphere are analyzed;
– analyzed the fundamental regulatory and legal component that ensures efficiency and transparency in the use of international aid;
– the basic principles of the functioning of humanitarian aid, international technical aid, and international military aid in Ukraine are revealed;
– the legal bases and experience of foreign countries in the implementation of the examination of new weapons, means or methods of warfare were analyzed;
– the peculiarities of the use in Ukraine and foreign countries of procedures for declaring military equipment and other goods according to Form 302 were analyzed;
- recommendations have been developed on streamlining the legal mechanism for the provision of the defense forces of Ukraine within the framework of international aid based on the analysis of the legal basis of the functioning of humanitarian aid, international technical aid, and international military aid.
