The research focuses on the immunophenotyping of cells in malignant tumors and tumor-infiltrating immune cells, elucidating the pathogenetic features of the interaction between checkpoint inhibitors and control points, and investigating the effectiveness of using immune checkpoint inhibitors in modifying the course of malignant neoplasms. The objective of the study is to establish the correlation between the molecular-genetic characteristics of tumors and their progression, and to develop a methodology for inhibiting tumor growth using antibodies to carcinoembryonic antigen molecules (CEACAMs) and cyclooxygenase (COX) blockers. In the 2024 reporting period, a comprehensive investigation of the tumor microenvironment (TME) and its influence on carcinoma progression was conducted. A detailed characterization of the immune infiltrate within the TME was performed, identifying various immunocyte populations (CD3+ T lymphocytes, CD20+ B lymphocytes, CD56+ natural killer cells, CD68/S100+ macrophages, and MPO+ granulocytes). The study established correlations between quantitative and qualitative features of the tumor immune microenvironment and the histological characteristics of carcinomas, including their degree of differentiation and invasiveness. The mean microvessel density (MVD) of malignant tumors was determined and its correlation with tumor aggressiveness was analyzed. Significant associations were observed between MVD and the expression of key proteins, including E-cadherin, VEGF, PR, and proliferation markers. The inhibitory effect of inflammatory infiltrate on steroid hormone receptor expression and its modulatory impact on chaperone expression were demonstrated. The study characterized the expression patterns of CEACAMs and COX in various cell types within the TME. An elevated proportion of COX-positive cells was detected in "hot tumors" Product Description popup.authors Kravchenko Yaroslav O. Kryvorotenko Ruslan I. Lebed Liubov P. Lyndin Mykola S.
