The democratic transformations taking place in Ukraine during the last decades, the process of its entry into the world economic community and the European Union caused a change in society's attitude to the problems of people with limited health opportunities, led to the awareness of the need for their wider integration into society. However, the wide implementation of the ideas of integration and inclusion in secondary schools and society in particular largely depends on the qualifications of specialists who will contribute to this process. This actualizes the introduction of changes to the process of training future specialists in the socionomic sphere, tangential to the specified processes: psychologists, social workers, physical rehabilitators and specialists in the field of special education. In this aspect, the problem of forming their inclusive competence as a component and key program result of professional training in higher education acquires special importance. Most of the publications of recent years concerning the professional competence of specialists contain one or another interpretation of its structure and composition of key components or competencies. Despite the fact that a lot of attention is paid to the formation of professional competence and key competences of specialists in pedagogical research, the process of formation of inclusive competence of future socionomic specialists in the conditions of modern challenges and limitations has not been studied yet.
