The purpose of the work: to create a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of ensuring the safety of high-risk facilities and critical infrastructures, including the development of engineering methods for warrantable computer systems, methods for calculating the residual resource and assessing the possibility of extending the service life of facilities, the development of a risk-oriented approach to safety management. Research and development methods: when developing and studying warrantable computer systems and calculating the residual resource of various facilities, a reliability assessment methodology based on a new mathematical apparatus is used within the probabilistic-physical approach to the theory of reliability. The development of a methodological basis for information security technology based on a risk-oriented approach uses probabilistic structural-logical modeling of dangerous facilities, which takes into account factors of man-made and natural origin, including the influence of the human factor.
