To improve the effectiveness of treatment of men with chronic calculous prostatitis by studying the relationships between chemical and microbiological parameters of urine, blood and ejaculate, assessing the effectiveness and safety of treatment methods and developing a patient management program. Subject: Patients with chronic calculous prostatitis. Results: Extracorporeal shock wave therapy provides a significant reduction in the symptoms of prostatitis, anxiety, depression and erectile dysfunction through a dosed anti-inflammatory and anticalcification effect on the prostate gland. Clinical efficacy 72.9%. The use of Doppler flicker artifact may be useful for characterizing and monitoring the treatment of prostate calcifications.
