It was found that the addition of a combination of carbon nanoparticles C60 (15 μg/ml) and bovine serum albumin (2%) to the rehabilitation medium increases the metabolic and antioxidant activity of cryopreserved spermatogonial stem and accessory regulatory cells of the testes of rats compared to control samples. It was noted that the combined use of carbon nanoparticles C60 and bovine serum albumin is more effective compared to their use separately. The results obtained can be used to develop effective protocols for cryopreservation of spermatogonial stem and accessory regulatory cells of the testes and the creation of spermatogonial cell cryobanks for the purpose of restoring fertility in men.
