The problems addressed by the implementation of the contract's subject include the use of the developed equipment in the agro-industrial sector to enable the transition to zero-waste technologies, the implementation of deep raw material processing principles while reducing specific energy consumption and environmental impact, and the extraction of target components and compounds from production waste. In accordance with the terms of the technical specification, research, development, manufacturing, and testing of experimental samples of a continuous-action electrodynamic extractor, a desalination unit, and a continuous-action electrodynamic dehydrator were carried out. The results of the work include a methodology and program for calculating the force, heat and mass transfer, and structural parameters of the continuous-action electrodynamic extractor, desalination unit, and continuous-action electrodynamic dehydrator. It also includes engineering design documentation for the continuous-action electrodynamic extractor, desalination unit, and continuous-action electrodynamic dehydrator; certificates of experimental sample manufacturing; testing programs and protocols for experimental samples; and reports on the results of physicochemical studies of experimental samples of extracts, desalinated water, and concentrates.
