The project envisions a multidisciplinary, scientific, and technical multi-project activity aimed at shaping an educational policy focused on quality and safety of life in sociocultural forms for sustainable development. This involves the theoretical and methodological substantiation, exploration, development, and implementation of tested viable models of public governance and administration of educational and scientific systems under specific conditions of social bifurcations, civilizational sustainability prospects, national territorial integrity, and sovereignty of Ukraine. The initiative is based on enhancing academic mobility potential, preserving and reproducing academic heritage, and ensuring public access to information on safety conditions and quality of life for diverse categories of educational and scientific service recipients and lifelong education social services. It also aims to support the prolonged employability of capable and deserving individuals, without limitations, who can effectively respond to global challenges.
