Main results of the work. Expansion of theoretical studies to improve the design of parts of pumping units of axial-piston hydraulic machines that limit their resource under operating conditions. Graphical-analytical modeling of the loss of performance of transmission hydraulic drives is carried out and the relationship between the structural and functional parameters of the technical condition is determined. The empirical distribution of the reliability of units and the importance of structural parameters that affect the performance of the transmission are determined. The functional dependence between the structural parameters of the technical condition of the mating parts of the pumping unit and volumetric and mechanical losses is analytically found. Methods for designing components of axial-piston hydraulic pumps are proposed, which allow reducing power losses in pumps compared to the achieved level by 30...40% and overall dimensions by 10...15%. Structural improvements to the block sleeve with an elastic-damping element and unloading chambers reduce contact loads and their duration between the sleeve and the plunger. As a result of the implementation of the topic, new designs of parts using elastomers and polymer materials have been developed. A method for assessing the maintainability of parts of the end distribution of the working fluid flow for axial-piston hydraulic machines NP-90 and MP-90 has been developed.
