The purpose of the study is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and provide practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of the business environment in the maritime transport of Ukraine; formation of the concept and theoretical basis of the mechanisms of regulation of maritime transport in the context of ensuring global security and meeting the internal needs of the national economy; development of scientific principles for ensuring an integral economic effect based on a scenario analysis of the development of maritime transport and the impact of destabilizing factors; formation of a scientific and methodological toolkit for updating the maritime policy of Ukraine with organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of the business environment of maritime transport of Ukraine; development of tools for safety-oriented regulation of maritime transport subsystems of Ukraine and scientific and applied principles of formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring transport and economic connections of the business environment of maritime transport of Ukraine.
