popup.description1
The goal of the project is to increase the productivity and quality of production of structural elements of transport-launch containers of missile weapons by creating a software-hardware complex of a continuous spiral winding technological system, which ensures the calculation and execution of forming trajectories to obtain products with increased strength characteristics.
popup.description2
The project aims to improve the productivity and quality of the production of thin-walled parts in the form of bodies of rotation from composite materials. The project's key innovation is a new method of manufacturing such products - continuous spiral winding on a self-feeding mandrel. The advantage of the technique is a significant increase in the productivity of spirally wound pipes, a decrease in their cost price, and an increase in operational characteristics. The project results can be applied to producing high-pressure pipes for water pipelines and the oil, gas, and chemical industries. In addition, its results can be used to create elements of transport-launch containers of missile weapons (launch tubes, cases, etc.). Several constructive and technological solutions have been developed to improve the quality of products made of composite materials, in particular, to reduce the roughness of the inner surface of pipes, increase the strength and tightness of metal-composite joints, and improve the production technologies of equipment for the implementation of the proposed method. Technical solutions for modernizing equipment for winding composites have been developed to ensure the possibility of implementing the researched technology. Algorithms for controlling the executive mechanisms of machines for continuous spiral winding were developed, and a prototype of a hardware and software complex was designed and manufactured to realize the winding process on modernized CNC machines. Models have been developed to calculate the strength of composite products under the action of combined loads, particularly the high pressure and thermal effects of high-temperature gases. Experimental studies of samples and structural elements made by continuous spiral winding with a self-feeding mandrel were carried out.
