The problem of developing a model for designing the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution in the conditions of digitalization of society during martial law was further developed, with clarification of the names of the components: content component, socio-pedagogical, organizational and managerial, component of educational and methodological support, component of pedagogical technologies of competency-based learning and digital component. The methodology for implementing the model for designing the educational environment of a general secondary education institution in the conditions of digitalization of society was finalized. The methodology for implementing this model is aimed at a reasonable choice of forms of education, especially during martial law for the organization of distance and blended learning. A pilot assessment of the state of preparedness of pedagogical workers of experimental secondary education institutions in Kyiv for designing a variable component of the content of complete secondary education in the conditions of intra-school scientific and methodological work was carried out. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, a model and methodology for training pedagogical workers for designing a variable component of the content of complete secondary education in the conditions of digitalization of society and theoretical and methodological principles for creating a digital reference outline for a distance lesson in wartime conditions were developed.
