According to the results of the microbiological study of phenolic compounds in dry ethanol extracts from the plant material Salix alba, obtained by extracting with 70% alcohol, combinations of compounds from shoots and buds, as well as from buds and bark, exhibited antibacterial properties against reference and clinical strains of microorganisms. The potential for discovering new original substances based on ethanol compounds from Salix alba plant material in combination with antiseptics and antibiotics, as well as with concentrated extracts of raspberry and pomegranate fruits, has been demonstrated. The study on the rate of resistance formation among test strains to the 70% ethanol extract from the buds and bark of white willow showed that the development of microbial resistance occurs more slowly with multiple passages compared to the control group substance
