The sequence of the procedure of environmental regulation of a sophisticated landscape complex (SLC) according to the compartmental approach is carried out and the creation of a system of normative indicators of the technogenic load on SLC by the content and accumulation of heavy metals, trace elements and radionuclides in the soil-plant system is substantiated, as components of the quality control of the compound, taking into account the influence of soil and climatic conditions on the processes of transformation of pollutants in the soils of the SLC compound and their maximum permissible levels of introduction, as well as soil and climatic factors that determine the migration and detoxification of heavy metals and radionuclides in the soil-plant system.
