The object of the study is the development of human resources in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The purpose of the study is to analyze trends and determine the priorities of human resources development in the conditions of the digital economy. Research methods are comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, graphic, mathematical methods, generalization, systematization. Theoretical achievements, practical conclusions and recommendations concerned the study of the need to maintain employment of the population as a guarantee of preserving the labor potential of Ukraine; highlighting modern approaches and technologies in personnel management in the conditions of digital transformations; analysis of the transformation of employment itself and social and labor relations of employment in the conditions of the digital economy; identification of new digital competencies as qualitative characteristics of human resources; identification of new directions in the use of human resources in the digital economy; determination of the features of managing the social development of human resources in the context of employment transformation, in particular: detailing the problems of labor security in Ukraine in the context of social destabilization, which will lead to certain challenges and threats in the formation and use of personnel of territorial communities; analysis of trends in the formation of labor potential in the regions of Ukraine, regional features of the formation of TGs, development of proposals for substantiating the economic viability of future TGs and optimizing the processes of reproducing the labor potential of rural and settlement TGs.
