Key organizational forms have been identified as integrated lessons, project-based learning, extracurricular and club activities (STEM clubs, Olympiads, competitions), laboratory, and experimental sessions. The main implementation methods include project-based learning, problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and collaborative learning. The tools encompass modern technologies (robotics, 3D printing, simulations), laboratory equipment, digital platforms, and tools for modeling, programming, and data visualization. Proposed solutions to current challenges in implementing STEM education in gymnasiums. The STEM-oriented approach is characterized as a paradigm of modern Ukrainian education, with its didactic foundations substantiated. Forms of organization, types of learning activities, techniques, and tools of the STEM approach in gymnasiums have been analyzed, along with the methodological organization of the educational process. A methodology for implementing STEM education technologies in gymnasiums has been proposed based on an interdisciplinary integrated STEM course for grades 5–9. Additionally, an integrative toolkit for scientific and methodological support in developing teachers' psychological readiness for innovative activities under STEM education conditions has been presented. An integrative toolkit of digital and STEM methods has been developed to provide scientific and methodological support for conducting a humanitarian examination of teachers' readiness for innovative activities. Creative interactive methods for forming teachers' readiness for innovative activities in the context of STEM education implementation have also been designed.
