The purpose of the work – scientific and methodological justification of changes in the existing career management system of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period of the legal regime of martial law. Research methods – system analysis, multidimensional comparative analysis methods, synthesis. The methodological basis of the research work consists of systematic and structural-functional approaches to the analysis of the existing legal framework on military service and career management of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period of the legal regime of martial law. An important analytical component of the work was the study of the experience of leading NATO member states in introducing modern approaches to personnel career management. The relevance of the study is determined by the requirements of the time regarding the approximation of the human resources management system, career management to the standards of the armies of NATO member states and the improvement of the existing career management system of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period of the legal regime of martial law. Based on the results of the conducted research, modern models of career growth of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were developed and amendments were proposed to the passports of military positions and individual career management plans of servicemen for the period of the legal regime of martial law.
