The technology for machining aircraft engine parts has been improved, which has increased the machining productivity by 1.5 times compared to the existing technology. A technological process for manufacturing helical gear wheels for aircraft power plant gearboxes based on АЛ-31Ф and РД-333 engines has been developed. More than 40 pieces of diamond-abrasive (made of synthetic diamond and ruby-corundum) and cutting tools (made of PCBN) for machining aircraft gearbox parts have been manufactured and transferred to Lutsk repair plant "Motor" LLC.
