The goal is to reveal the main patterns of the development of axiopedagogical education, based on domestic, European traditions and taking into account the needs of the present. Scientific novelty of the results obtained: a systematic, holistic, scientifically substantiated description of the development of axiopedagogy in Ukraine and its integration processes into the European space is presented. In addition, the methodological system is described and theoretical and methodological guidelines for the training of specialists in the pedagogical sphere of the development of axiopedagogical, personally oriented learning are presented; the prospects for the further development of axiopedagogical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine are substantiated. The significance and practical application of the results lies in the fact that the results obtained allowed us to determine the prospects for the functioning of the axiopedagogical education system, in particular humanitarian and pedagogical educational institutions, taking into account modern social needs; to highlight the state of development of axiopedagogical research; to reveal the possibilities of acquiring practical skills during internships on the basis of pedagogical and humanitarian higher education institutions; to clarify the features of the methodological system and to develop a holistic methodological system of axiopedagogical education for the formation of general and special competencies.
