For the first time, a model for the use of web-based automated information systems for the formation and development of the national conceptual and terminological apparatus of pedagogy and psychology was substantiated and developed, the mechanisms of functioning of web-based automated information systems for the formation and development of the national conceptual and terminological apparatus of pedagogy and psychology were analyzed and determined on the example of the Ukrainian Electronic Encyclopedia of Education. A survey of employees of the NAES institutions was conducted to identify the experience of using web-based encyclopedias in the preparation of scientific and educational products, research and educational activities, in the implementation of group projects, as well as for self-education and continuous learning.An electronic resource (full-time and distance course) on the Google Classroom platform “Ukrainian Electronic Encyclopedia of Education: Technologies for Filling with Digital Content” was developed for researchers of all NAES institutions.
