The principles for achieving these goals and criteria for assessing both the effectiveness of the preparation model and the levels of digital competence among future lecturers were substantiated. The proposed approaches aim to enhance higher pedagogical education, improve the quality of training future educators, and increase their capacity to effectively use digital technologies in their professional activities. These solutions form a foundation for the digital transformation of pedagogical education, boost the competitiveness of future lecturers, and address the challenges of the modern digital society. The practical significance lies in the developed technologies for self-development of future educators in distance and blended learning formats, as well as in the psychological and pedagogical support aimed at integrating digital resources into the educational process. These approaches contribute to building resilience to crises and fostering the ability to adapt quickly in unstable environments. The proposed use of research outcomes will promote the implementation of Ukraine’s digital education transformation strategy, improve internal educational processes, and strengthen educators’ professional readiness for work in a digitalized environment.
