The following methods of scientific knowledge were used in the work: system analysis - to search for tasks for the establishment and development of communication in the team, sample survey - to assess the state of communication in the team, methods of scientific abstraction and generalization - to substantiate the concept of the establishment and development of communication in the team, comparative - to identify and evaluate the system of factors and conditions that influence the establishment and development of communication in the team, graphic and tabular - for visual presentation of the results of the research work in the form of tables, graphs, etc. Theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the establishment and development of communication in the team have been developed. The research work was carried out on behalf of the Limited Liability Company "Zhytomyr Heat and Power Company", therefore the results of the work are used in the practice of the customer enterprise. The results of the research can be used in the practice of business entities of any type of economic activity. Establishing and developing communication in the team are key aspects of effective work and harmonious functioning of any organization. Effective communication helps to avoid conflicts, increases motivation and productivity, and also ensures clarity and openness in decision-making processes. It also contributes to the creation of a favorable working environment, where each employee feels important and involved in the common cause.
