Results and their novelty: improvement of the methodology for creating information support systems for activities in various subject areas, based on knowledge engineering methods, including categorical-ontological modeling, and methods of data mining and generative artificial intelligence; development of methodological foundations for the development of digital intelligence of information technology users (specialists, analysts and managers) and software developers; the results of improving information technologies and the use of generative artificial intelligence in information support of activities and processes of efficiency and quality management in complex systems.
