Improvement of the system of ecologically safe nature use in the post-war period of recovery of Ukraine
popup.description2
A toolkit for transforming economic incentives for the development of environmentally friendly nature management in the post-war period of Ukraine's restoration as a basic element of the economic mechanism of nature management has been developed, which takes into account existing global and national prerequisites and ensures diversification of methods and instruments of stimulating influence on users of natural resources, which will allow expanding the scale of conservation and reproduction of natural resource potential and obtaining additional ecological and economic effect. Mechanisms for adapting the system of environmentally friendly nature management to the requirements of EU environmental directives have been further developed, in particular, a list of directives that need to be implemented first of all has been determined; an implementation algorithm has been proposed, which provides for the adoption of a number of regulatory legal acts relating to certain resources, taking into account their specifics; strategic priorities for the formation and structuring of an effective system of environmentally friendly nature management in the post-war period have been substantiated.
