Object of the study: chronic wound; wound healing process; effectiveness of the use of acellular skin matrix.
Purpose of the work: to study the pathophysiological and pathobiochemical features of chronic wound healing when using cellular and acellular technologies of regenerative medicine.
Research methods: preclinical - modeling of a full-thickness wound in pigs, modeling of a muscular-aponeurotic defect of the abdominal wall in rats; laboratory - histological, morphometric, histochemical, cytofluorimetric, cytogenetic studies (karyotyping) of the obtained MSCs; cell cultivation, spectrophotometry, lyophilization, statistical analysis of the obtained results.
