The purpose of the scientific research: to improve early diagnosis and predict the development of liver fibrosis in children with chronic viral hepatitis B and C by clarifying the role of clinical, biochemical and instrumental indicators of the functional status of the liver.
Objects of the study: fibrosis of liver in children with chronic viral hepatitis B and C
Methods: clinical questionnaire; general clinical; instrumental; serological; molecular genetic; immunological; calculation of diagnostic indices analytical and statistical.
Firstly in children with chronic viral hepatitis B and C were identified role of non-invasive markers of fibrosis: hyaluronic acid, fatty acid-binding protein (FABP-1-L), cartilage glycoprotein (YKL-40), liver arginase-1, in combination with instrumental examinations depending on the morphological picture, has been established , quantitative indicators significant for the development and progression of HCV B and C in children; the degree of anxiety in children with HCV B and C was studied; the degree of liver damage was determined by studying the indicators of cholestasis, cytolysis, hepatocellular insufficiency in patients with chronic hepatitis B and C; the diagnostic significance of the levels of fatty acid-binding protein (FABP-1-L), cartilage glycoprotein (YKL-40, gp39), arginase-1 (Arg-1) in the blood serum of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and С; Estimated that the ultrasonographic and hemodynamic characteristics of the hepatobiliary zone were studied with adaptive consideration of the assessment according to the scale of Y. Davoudi (2015) in children with HCV B and C; correlations between markers of fibrosis and degrees of liver fibrosis in children with CVD B and C were evaluated; the course of liver fibrosis in children with CKD B and C was predicted, taking into account the laboratory and instrumental parameters of fibrosis.
