The risks of two key negative scenarios developing in society have been outlined – an aggressively mobilizational scenario associated with an explosion of societal protest energy and a passively demobilizational scenario fraught with "freezing" and the complete refusal of citizens to resist aggression. Several trends have been recorded in society's perception of educational reforms: a more positive evaluation of the quality of the educational system in Ukraine compared to previous years, and, accordingly, the quality and accessibility of education it can provide; the readiness of citizens to flexibly adapt to changes rapidly introduced into the education system, including crisis-response measures to address wartime challenges; an increased societal demand for educational reforms, though positive assessments of the success of ongoing reforms only slightly prevail; a lack of public awareness about educational reforms; a high level of perceived corruption risks regarding the university admissions campaign; a decline in trust toward the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and its leadership; and an undeveloped public opinion on measures targeting those who attempt to evade mobilization by enrolling in higher education institutions. Four perspectives of the ongoing processes in education have emerged: by ped. staff; by pupils and students; by resp. with pupils and/or students in their families; and by the public.
