The theoretical and methodological foundations of assuring and enhancing higher education quality in the context of sustainable development are substantiated, in particular the following aspects: policy and strategy formation for achieving competitive higher education quality, modernization of the higher education structure, qualitative and quantitative assessment of the HEIs competitiveness, institutional modernization of HEIs, transformation of mechanisms for ensuring leadership in higher education, effective teaching, learning and assessment based on the results paradigm, strategies for developing human capacity in higher education.
The volume of the report is 18 pages, consisting of the objectives and research results, a list of publications, and researchers.
