Purpose of the research: based on a comparative analysis of legislation and practice on open science in CC and Ukraine and based on an analysis of regulatory acts of the HAH of Ukraine, to develop draft acts of the HAH of Ukraine on changes to the implementation of open science. The relevance of the research is related to the need to implement in Ukraine as a whole and in the HAH of Ukraine the European principles of open science and the implementation of measures in accordance with the "National Plan for Open Science", approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.10.2022 No. 892-p and the Resolution of the HAH of Ukraine dated 02.11.2022 No. 327 "On the participation of the HAH of Ukraine in the implementation of the European principles of open science".
