Object of research: legal regulation of open science relations in scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine.
Purpose of the research: based on a comparative analysis of legislation and practice on open science in CC and Ukraine and based on an analysis of regulatory acts of the HAH of Ukraine, to develop draft acts of the HAH of Ukraine on changes to the implementation of open science.
The relevance of the research is related to the need to implement in Ukraine as a whole and in the HAH of Ukraine the European principles of open science and the implementation of measures in accordance with the "National Plan for Open Science", approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.10.2022 No. 892-p and the Resolution of the HAH of Ukraine dated 02.11.2022 No. 327 "On the participation of the HAH of Ukraine in the implementation of the European principles of open science". The research is an integral part of the CP of the HAH of Ukraine "To create and implement an open science infrastructure in the HAH of Ukraine (OPENS)" for 2023-2024 pp.
Results and their novelty
As a result of the work carried out, taking into account the practice of regulating open science relations in the EU and using previous research under the Scientific and Technical Research Center “Development of regulatory and legal frameworks and organizational and legal measures for the implementation of open science”, carried out by the Central Institute of Information Technology and Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2023. prepared Draft Regulations on Open Science at the NAS of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine dated 12.06.2024 No. 350) etc
