The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and scientific and practical aspects of improving the organizational and economic model of agricultural land market development and the formation of its smart infrastructure.
Purpose of work: substantiation of an effective organizational and economic model for the functioning of the agricultural land market and the formation of its smart infrastructure.
Research methods: The author's methodological approach to predicting the impact of certain organizational and economic decisions and models of integration of smart technologies on the efficiency of environmentally friendly land use, the well-being of landowners and land users, and social well-being in general is substantiated. The approach is based on the following principles: 1) resource conservation - biological systems can be used effectively and rationally without violating their ability to regenerate; 2) the principle of using effective bioprocesses to stimulate sustainable land use, identifying the "hidden" value of biological materials and processes; 3) integration of knowledge in the field of ICT, smart technologies, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and their application in the field of land relations. Methodological approaches to determining prices for agricultural land, in particular arable land, are proposed, which allow us to reconsider the principles of organization and formation of land rent in modern conditions of the development of biotechnology and smart technologies, as well as to substantiate priority areas for the development of land relations. Based on the consideration of a number of the latest eco-technological solutions, methodological approaches to improving the normative monetary valuation of lands and its indexation have been substantiated.
