The object of the study is the competence-based training of preschool education specialists at the Mariupol Relocated State University. Purpose. To provide theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the training of specialists under the Master’s educational program “Preschool Education. Inclusion” for work in an inclusive environment in a preschool institution. Research methods. The study employs theoretical methods (analysis of literature and regulatory documents, comparative method, modeling the structure of specialist readiness, historical method, classification and typologization, systematic method, synthesis, generalization, methods of collecting and processing information on inclusion, method of identifying inclusive categories) and empirical methods (surveys, testing, observation, analysis of qualification papers, reports on teaching practicums, organization of students’ independent work, including theoretical preparation, practical assignments, inclusion case studies, and reflection). Results and novelty. The key outcome is the development of a Master’s-level training model for specialists under the educational program “Preschool Education. Inclusion,” preparing them to work effectively in the inclusive environment of a preschool institution. Information on implementation. The findings are presented in monographs, educational manuals, and scholarly articles, as well as tested through experimental materials on inclusion at international and national scientific-practical conferences. Recommendations for using the research results. Incorporate an inclusion-centered approach into educational topics for training specialists under the “Preschool Education. Inclusion” program.
