The purpose of the work is to study the scientific principles and develop recommendations for ensuring the implementation of modern approaches to human potential management. The research method is a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization of practical experience in human potential management in the production sector and in the education sector, system analysis, expert assessment, questionnaire. Results - the impact of human potential on the development of the agro-industrial complex was analyzed; national programs for the preservation and development of human potential were studied; the role of human potential of higher education institutions under martial law was determined; a comparative analysis of innovative and traditional approaches to human resource management was conducted; an effective algorithm for managing the human potential of an enterprise was developed; developed packages of educational and methodological materials (lecture notes, methodological instructions for practical and independent classes, visual aids) for professional disciplines. The results of the research are implemented in the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 073 "Management" of the Higher Educational Institution "Bachelor" when teaching the following disciplines: "Personnel Management", "Conflict Psychology", "Management", "Fundamentals of Team Building", "Self-Management", "Building a Business Career", "Organization and Standardization of Labor", "Theory and Practice of Making Management Decisions".
