popup.description1
The aim of the project is to develop and implement a complete technological process of producing acousto-optical cells with defined parameters.
popup.description2
The aim of the work is to create a complete technological cycle for manufacturing acousto-optic cells with specified characteristics. Single crystals of TeO2, PbMoO4 and LiNbO3 were obtained by the Czochralski method. Cutting of boules and oriented crystal blocks was carried out using a diamond saw, orientation of the samples was carried out using an X-ray goniometer with subsequent correction and additional orientation. The thicknesses of the metal layers were calculated using the methods for calculating the thicknesses of reflective coatings. For the deposition of thin films by the magnetron sputtering method and the thermal evaporation method in vacuum, a vacuum universal post VUP-5M, modernized for the use of alternating current, was used. The thickness of the experimentally obtained layers was measured by the step method using a metallographic microscope MII-4. The obtained single crystals of TeO2 and PbMoO4 are suitable for the manufacture of acousto-optic devices. They were used to make blanks for light-sound conductors with a maximum size of 46 mm × 20 mm × 22 mm (TeO2). The obtained single crystals of LiNbO3 with a diameter of 40 mm to 45 mm and a length of up to 45 mm are suitable for the manufacture of piezoelectric transducers. A press for thermocompression welding based on the UVN-2m-1 vacuum spraying installation was prepared. Spraying modes were determined that provide the required thicknesses of conductive and adhesive layers. The results can be directly used to improve the quality of acousto-optic and piezoelectric crystals, as well as in the production of acousto-optic devices, which are components of opto-electronic devices for targeting high-precision weapons and interference-resistant communication means.
