Kyiv and bringing the financial and quantitative indicators of the Comprehensive City Target Programme ‘Capital Culture: 2022-2024’ in line with the projected need for expenditures for the effective implementation of state policy in the current conditions and taking into account the restrictions due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.
